Creams are among the most frequently used cosmetic products<\/a>. They can be end products or base substances for further processing and, as multi-phase preparations, contain both aqueous and lipophilic phases.<\/p>

<\/i>Fine emulsions<\/strong>Small particle size and narrow distribution for optimum effect.<\/span><\/div>
<\/i>Pressure- and vacuum-resistant<\/strong>For particularly stable, narrowly distributed emulsions.<\/span><\/div>
<\/i>Scraper system<\/strong>Radial and vertical mixing, even at high viscosity.<\/span><\/div><\/div>

Hydrophobic and hydrophilic creams<\/h2>

During manufacture, all ingredients are turned into emulsions<\/a> that, depending on the recipe, are hydrophobic or hydrophilic:<\/p>

Hydrophobic<\/h3>

Greasy, water-repellent and not washable. They are made from substances of different viscosities such as water, oil and wax.<\/p><\/div>

Hydrophilic<\/h3>

Washable, easy to spread and quickly absorbed. They require very fine emulsions so that the active ingredients<\/a> can develop their properties to the full.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Requirements for homogenising mixers<\/h2>

For cosmetics manufacturing, homogenising mixers should have certain properties. A small particle size and optimum particle distribution are particularly important so that all ingredients can develop their full effect.<\/p>
