Why vacuum matters<\/h2>

Shaving creams contain many soaps and surfactants. Therefore, air stirred in would already cause foam in the vessel. As a result, the density changes and exact filling becomes difficult. Mixing and deaeration<\/a> under vacuum are thus key steps.<\/p>

With shaving foam and shaving gel from an aerosol can, the propellant is only added during filling. So the product only foams when it is used.<\/p>
