Hydrophobic and hydrophilic lotions<\/h2>

A lotion<\/a> is a multi-phase preparation. Depending on the formula, it has different properties:<\/p>

Hydrophobic<\/h3>

These products repel water, are very greasy and cannot be washed off. Water, oil and wax have different viscosities.<\/p><\/div>

Hydrophilic<\/h3>

They are less greasy, spread easily and wash off well. However, they need very fine emulsions<\/a> so that the active ingredients work well.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
