Workshop or on site – your choice

Send us your homogeniser unit: we maintain and overhaul it in our own workshop in Weyhe. On request, we also overhaul the electric motor. The usual lead time is about 2–3 weeks. With advance planning, maintenance can be completed in as little as 5 working days, provided there is no major damage.

If shipping is not practical, we come to you and maintain, repair or modernise your plant directly in your production – in Germany and worldwide.

Which machines do you service?

Homogenising mixers, homogenisers and mixing and homogenising plants from well-known German manufacturers. Depending on the manufacturer and design, we carry out complete homogeniser maintenance or service the mechanical seals. For homogenisers from Vakumix and NETZSCH Vakumix we also supply compatible mechanical seals, shafts and rotor-stator sets. Just tell us the type and year of your machine.

How quickly can a homogeniser be serviced?

The usual lead time in our workshop is about 2–3 weeks. With advance planning and no major damage, maintenance is possible in as little as 5 working days.

Do you also come to our plant?

Yes. We maintain, repair and modernise plants on site – in Germany and worldwide.
