From the actual homogenizing mixers and agitators, the dosing and weighing by means of our dosing station, through to the processing facilities in the environment and their optimal operation, we are there for you with our comprehensive range of services, from the planning to construction supervision of the processing facilities and process optimization.

Our latest innovation is our  dosing station for liquid raw material components, which represents a significant rationalization of the weighing process.

It goes without saying that we also offer expert service even after completion of joint projects. We are happy to answer any questions that may arise during day-to-day business, as well as in our planning. In addition, environmental conditions or your requirements may change with time. It is good when a lot of thought is given from the outset during the planning stage, but experience has shown that the future always has challenges in store.

For our dosing station, we naturally offer comprehensive support throughout the entire service life. Our obligation does not end with the expiry of a guarantee. We will gladly make spare parts available, even years after the purchase.

In order to consistently find the best solutions for our customers, it is part of our philosophy to build a long-term relationship with our customers. We are close to our customers and seek dialogue in order to learn from the practical experience of our customers. Our strength, to offer solutions tailored to the needs of our customers, also develops from our curiosity.   New processing methods or improvements to previous processes are being sought for around 14,000 existing raw materials. The focus of our research – as well as our interest – lies in the development of solutions for complicated and complex applications.   Our experts are pleased to meet challenges, for example the CIP/SIP- requirements, risk of explosion according to ATEX and particularly fine emulsion droplet sizes (particle sizes), that we place on mixing and homogenization technology. We develop the right solutions for you. 

SEEFRIED Verfahrenstechnik GmbH was founded by Andre Seefried. The objective was to take over the business of Vakumix Rühr- und Homogenisiertechnik AG, which was, however sold to Netzsch Vakumix GmbH.

Since then, we have used the extensive know-how in the field of mechanical engineering and process engineering acquired during many years in the industry, in particular in the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic  products, to advise and support our customers. Due to our expertise, we are able to get down to the smallest detail and offer services related to process technology in order to offer our customers advantages in terms of technical solutions, cost reductions and process optimization. The spectrum of our services ranges from brief information right through to complex multi-year projects, which can include the planning of buildings up to the commissioning of complete process engineering factories.

We take the approach that good advance planning can save considerable time and money, in particular if mistakes are minimized or excluded, or when outright superior solutions for your process can be developed. At the same time, we endeavor to retain our strengths. Compared to larger companies, we are able to react faster to new requirements. We are small and, therefore, flexible, dynamic and responsive.
